For each email broadcast you send, your message text and other content are dynamically substituted into the template.

Is SendPilot a SPAM sending system? |
|
Absolutely NOT! SendPilot is design to send mail to 'Opt-in' recipients only. Each message is required to have an unsubscribe link. We take a very dim view of SPAMming and will revoke the accounts of our customers who send SPAM. Please see our No-SPAM Policy for more information. |

What if some of my subscribers can't read HTML email? |
|
SendPilot is capable of sending both HTML and text messages. In fact, for each email broadcast you send, SendPilot creates both an HTML version and a 'Text Only' version. If your subscriber has indicate that she wants 'Text Only' email, then that's what we send. For all others we send a special version of HTML message called a two-part message. The two-part message contains both HTML and text and is designed to gracefully degrade and display the 'Text Only' message if the users system is not compatible with HTML.
